We believe that education should be joyful and rigorous, fulfilling and challenging.

Home Education looks different for each family, but all home educating families have taken the discerning and sometimes difficult decision to make the right educational choice for them.

​

The Integrative Education qualifications are Ofqual regulated, flexible and inclusive.

​

They give young people the opportunity to engage directly with their learning.

 

Students can to choose something they are interested in or passionate about, and build an independent project around it that is flexibly assessed, supported throughout by a tutor and a mentor. It's also an accredited qualification.

 

The qualifications also offer development in critical and creative thinking skills, an integral module on personal, social and learning skills, as well as an integrative approach to learning the more traditional subject areas (English, Maths, Digital Futures, Performing Arts etc.)

 

It is an inclusive system, because it uses a fairer, wider range of assessment such as portfolios, presentation and performance. It doesn’t rely on summative exams and is much more flexible and able to work with students’ needs and strengths.

 

The courses run at both Level 2 and Level 3 and are accredited by Ofqual. Each module at Level 2 has the same Guided Learning Hours as a GCSE. The Level 3 programme carries UCAS points.

 

​Our provision is run by trained and dedicated tutors, who teach both in small groups and individually.

​

The qualifications can be taken completely online. There will also be trips and in-person workshops for students to join and to meet others doing the qualifications.

​

By studying with us, students can direct their own learning. Their work will be portfolio-based, and won't be dependent upon exams.

​

Costs are available upon request and discounts are offered for siblings or groups of four students beginning together.
